On March 28, 2024, the "Investment in Zhongshan" investment promotion series activities and the 11th Zhongshan Talent Festival opened in Cuiheng New Area, and the establishment ceremony of the Hong Kong Shenzhen Zhongshan Level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance was held on-site.
It is reported that the "Hong Kong Shenzhen Zhongshan High level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance" was jointly initiated and established by the Shenzhen Top Talents Development Promotion Association and multiple associations in Hong Kong and Zhongshan.
Shenzhen Zhongshan Channel will be opened to traffic in 2024. The establishment of the "Hong Kong Shenzhen Zhongshan High level Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance" is to fully promote the construction of the provincial reform and innovation experimental zone, strive to speed up the integration and development of the east and west sides of the Pearl River estuary, actively promote the talent interaction of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Zhongshan, jointly build a high-level talent exchange platform for the three regions, share the advantageous resources of the three regions, and jointly promote the development of talent innovation and entrepreneurship in the three regions.
The High Level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance aims to gather high-end talents, promote the transformation of innovative achievements, and enhance industrial competitiveness. The alliance is committed to building a platform for high-level talent exchange, cooperation, and common development, promoting the organic combination of talent, technology, and capital, and providing strong support for industrial transformation and upgrading.
The inspection and exchange team visited Zuobu Village and Yakou Village in Nanlang Street, Zhongshan Talent Park, China Zhongshan Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Park, and Zhongshan Research Institute of Changchun University of Technology. They not only experienced the achievements of Zhongshan's rural revitalization construction in promoting the "Hundred and Ten Million Project" on site, but also listened to the introduction of Zhongshan's talent policies and service system, deeply feeling the actual guarantee and development atmosphere of talent innovation and entrepreneurship, life and housing in Zhongshan City.
During the Talent Festival, representatives of our association participated in the Zhongshan trip of academicians from home and abroad, jointly planned by the World Federation of Robotics and the Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Federation.
The academicians visited Cuiheng New District and Torch District in Zhongshan City to learn about local technological innovation and industrial development, while also providing opportunities for communication and cooperation with academicians from home and abroad in Zhongshan City. The content of this event includes visits and inspections, discussions and exchanges, and project introductions. Through this form of activity, we hope that Zhongshan City can attract more outstanding academicians from home and abroad to come to Zhongshan for cooperation and exchange, promoting scientific and technological innovation and industrial development in Zhongshan City.
In the future, the alliance will establish liaison offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Zhongshan respectively, responsible for daily affairs and management work through rotation. The focus will be on building information exchange platforms for talents in the three regions, carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship activities, promoting the development of industry university research cooperation, and building platforms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
