Recently, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government Shenzhen Office (referred to as "Inner Mongolia Shenzhen Office") and its delegation visited the Shenzhen Top Talents Development and Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "our association") for in-depth discussions on further deepening talent exchange and cooperation. This conference marks a new chapter in talent introduction and cultivation between the two regions.

The Shenzhen Top Talents Development and Promotion Association has maintained a good cooperative relationship with Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for a long time. Previously, our association maintained interactive cooperation with multiple departments such as the Inner Mongolia Organization Department, and successfully recommended multiple projects to be implemented in Inner Mongolia. Several talents have been selected as "Grassland Talents". On this basis, both parties hope to further expand their cooperation areas and introduce more high-end talents and high-quality projects to Inner Mongolia.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed their past cooperation achievements and had in-depth discussions on how to deepen cooperation and strengthen talent exchanges. The Inner Mongolia Office in Shenzhen stated that it will continue to support the work of the association in Inner Mongolia and hopes that our association can recommend more outstanding talents to participate in the development and construction of Inner Mongolia.

Our association president Zhang Yunxiang stated that we will continue to play a bridging role, strengthen cooperation with Inner Mongolia Organization Department, Shenzhen Office and other units, fully utilize platform resources such as Shenzhen Talent Home, and introduce more high-quality talents and projects to Inner Mongolia. In addition, more talents will be organized to conduct on-site inspections in Inner Mongolia to promote the two-way flow of talents between the two regions.

This meeting further consolidated the cooperative relationship between the Shenzhen Top Talents Development and  Promotion Association and the Inner Mongolia Office in Shenzhen. Both sides agreed that deepening cooperation can better serve the economic and social development of Inner Mongolia and contribute to the construction of a new open economic system.
