Our association participated in the 2023 Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents and the 25th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology (OCS) in Guangzhou.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents. The convention closely follows the strategic deployment of education, technology, and talent, with the theme of "Gathering the World and Creating the Future". It seizes the window period for overseas talents to come to China (return to China), and through the opening ceremony and main forum, as well as more than 20 themed activities in five categories including professional forums, special events, project roadshows, exhibitions, and talent recruitment, gathers the talents' abilities and gathers the momentum of innovation.

The sea embraces all rivers, building nests to attract phoenixes. The current Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents is not only a grand gathering of overseas talents in Guangzhou at the end of the year, but also a full time and space platform to promote the landing of high-level talents and high-level projects. The coverage and influence of China's top brand for overseas student exchanges are increasing day by day.

With the help of the international platform of Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents, our association will write a more brilliant chapter for building a strong talent country in the new era and promoting the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
