1.Membership benefits

2. Application requirements
①Individual members are talents at the same level or above as doctoral candidates in the national, provincial, and municipal high-level talent policy clauses recognized by the government.
*Special note: According to the guidance of highlighting the "hero based on tax contribution" in talent evaluation of enterprises in various regions, as the legal representative of the enterprise, if the enterprise's tax payment has exceeded 5 million yuan per year in the past three years, or if the actual personal income tax payment has exceeded 100000 yuan per year in the past three years, it will be considered as the admission standard for high-level talents in the industry of the association
②Unit members involve various talent carriers, including public institutions, social organizations, and enterprise units.
Enterprise members need to be listed or regulated enterprises.
*Enterprises above designated size refer to industrial enterprises with an annual main business income of over 20 million yuan according to the standards of this association.
*Listed companies are listed on the New Third Board or above.

4.Notification of membership fee collection standards
In order to standardize the collection, use, and management of membership fees of our association, and ensure the normal operation of our work, in accordance with the "Notice on Adjusting Social Group Membership Fee Policies and Other Related Issues" issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, and taking into account the actual situation of our association, the following membership fee payment standards and management methods are formulated. Unit membership fees are collected through public accounts, and individual members do not pay membership fees temporarily.
